Submit a Grant Report

The HRBT Foundation requires that all its grant recipients provide a report on the outcome of the work supported by the grant, either at the conclusion of the project, or within 12 months of the original grant, whichever is sooner. Additional grants will not be considered for organizations which fail to make a report.

We regard the Grant Report as a useful tool in judging the effectiveness of the grant activity and strongly encourage our grantees to use it as an opportunity to consider how program activities can be improved for the future. Fields with an asterisk (*) are required.
